The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us an early check-in for our graduation event. The building itself was amazing, with incredible artwork that rivaled the glass museum. Our room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a good view. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, as it was just a short walk to the Glass Bridge and museums. We also appreciated the wide choice of pillows and the delicious breakfast options. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and convenient location in a very walkable neighborhood with plenty of interesting storefronts.

The hotel was clean and had great facilities, including beautiful glass art throughout the building. The location on the hills provided a stunning panoramic view of the city. It was conveniently located near tourist amenities and excellent restaurants.

Cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. The location was conveniently situated near highways, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing exceptional service.
Couldn't fault anything.
The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The bellhop even loaded my luggage in my car and had it waiting for me when I returned from breakfast. The male front desk person was especially kind and let my grandbabies each choose a gift from a wagon he brought out. The restaurant staff was very attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. The room we stayed in was a spacious corner suite on a high floor with stunning views of the boat harbor. It had two full baths, a fridge, a microwave, and comfortable furniture. The hotel also had an immersion in glass-blowing culture, with beautiful displays from prestigious American glass artists scattered around. The location was perfect, being only a short distance from downtown and a popular restaurant called Stanley and Seaforts. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel.
For us, it was ideal.
